Online Reservations & Store Pickup
Our website allows registered customers to browse merchandise and reserve products for purchase at our physical retail location.
All reservations are for in-store pickup only. We do not offer shipping, delivery, or online payments.
After submitting your reservation, please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before visiting the store.
Reserved merchandise is generally held for 24 hours after the Ready for Pickup notification is sent. Certain high-demand items may have shorter hold periods when communicated.

Identification & Age Requirements
The customer named on the reservation must personally collect the merchandise and present a valid, physical, government-issued photo ID matching their reservation information.
Third-party pickups are not permitted. No exceptions.
Customers purchasing age-restricted merchandise must meet all applicable legal age requirements. Customers purchasing tobacco, nicotine, vaping products, or other products restricted to adults 21 and older must be at least 21 years old.
Age and identity verification take place in store before payment and completion of the purchase.

Completed in-store purchases are generally final. Limited exchanges or store credit may be available under the conditions outlined in our store policies.
